In this page, you will learn the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping and delivery policy, who is entitled for refunds and returns and our payment methods. You will also learn the shipping arrival estimates.

Shipping from China to Lagos, Nigeria.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or during Chinese holidays if applicable.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Standard shipping usually takes a minimum of 7 days to maximum of 10 days. The cost is a bit higher than the other shipping method but it is faster than Economy  shipping which takes up to 45 – 50 days.

** The local waybill is an optional service we offer. This handles sending your goods to your location in Nigeria. If you’re outside of Lagos and Abuja, we can help you to waybill to your location.

You can walk into our office in Lagos or Abuja to pick your item or we can offer a home delivery option. These come with a charge.

Note: Shipping starts immediately your goods has left China. Logistics delays can occasionally occur as a result of flight delays, public holidays. Shipping from China to Lagos stops in Lagos. Kindly note that you need to pay additional local waybill fee if you’re outside of Lagos and Abuja.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be ready within 24 hours. You can track your order here

Damages

Zuraaya only takes responsibility for damages or lost during shipping from China to Nigeria. All items will be checked in our sorting centre before they are delivered to you.

In a case where you receive damaged items, we may not be liable to take responsibility. This will be in a case of waybill outside Lagos and Abuja.  We will make that waybill are done according to your choice.

Payment Method

We accept payments through bank or mobile transfer. You need to wait until your payment is verified before we process your order.

How to Order

Follow the steps below to place order:

  • Open www.zuraaya.com from your web browser or launch the mobile app
  • Click on Browse Products or Click on any of the product listing
  • Click Add to cart to any product of your choice
  • After you’re done adding items you want to buy, Click View cart
  • From Cart, review what you just added and click Checkout.
  • Enter your details and make payment.

Returns & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you or call that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item over ₦10,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Note: If you need to cancel your order, make sure that it is done before the order is shipped. Any cancellation is invalid once the order has been shipped out.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
