1. When will my order shipped?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and send your order to our partner suppliers. It takes about 1-2 days for our suppliers to package your order and move them to our sorting centre in China. The local courier delivery in China takes about 2-3 days to be received by us. From there, we can ship your order within 24 hours - 48 hours.

2. How long does it take to buy and receive my items?

The entire process before your order is shipped from China to Nigeria is roughly 7 days or less depending on the number of your orders. This does not include weekends or holidays.

When your order is on transit from China to Nigeria, it takes about 7-10 days with all things being equal (i.e no flight delay, custom delays or shortland.

3. Will I have to pay international shipping fee & duties?

Yes, your order is subject to shipping costs and clearing fees. We have simplified the sipping cost calculation by the weight of what you add on your cart. There is no room to worry about wrong shipping calculation since our system does the calculation.

Note: The calculated shipping cost is exactly what you're to pay. You won't be able to pay any additional shipping fees from China to Nigera.

4.How do I make payment?

We currently accept bank transfer to our company account details. Our bank details would e shown to you during checkout.

1. Can I cancel my order or change some things?

Yes, you can cancel your order or change your order. To cancel your orders, make sure it is not yet shipped or within 24 hours of placing orders. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. My order status says "Processing". What does that mean?

"Processing" just means that we successfully received your order! We are currently working on shipping your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Shipped."

3. Why was my order canceled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that you did not make payment for your order. If you are certain that that is not true, please send us a message or call us on 07082111555.

4. How do I track my order?

Once our team have shipped out your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number! Copy and paste your tracking number into the tracking field here
